A retired school bus that's converted into something infintely more awesome.
No, this is not a school bus. Or... at least, it won't be when we're finished with it.
We're Brandi and Todd, and we're turning our beautiful 1987 Crown Supercoach into a pop-up concert venue and education station.
Skool Bus Rocks! will bring the concert to YOU through one-of-a-kind workshops, live performances, pop-up festivals, day camps, assemblies, and after-school programs.
When construction is complete, the soundstage will also be available for bookings at festivals, house concerts, weddings, and corporate events.
Featuring solar power, biodiesel power, pedal power, and other eco-friendly elements, this "skool bus" (or "skoolie") will transport a modular off-grid soundstage which can be easily assembled indoors or outdoors. The interior will house a mobile recording studio and live-work space, for logistics and administration.
Ride along with us from the very beginning of this epic adventure! We'll be pushing the limits of off-grid living, discovering what's technologically possible and what's just a pipe dream.
And, as always, we'll be bringing music wherever we travel.
Some things will go right. Others may go fantasticallly wrong. But when all is said and done, we're going to make sure this...

Music is a powerful force, and it's inside all of us. We believe more people should be able to experience the act of musical creativity -- regardless of their skill level. And we want to make that happen.
Skool Bus Rocks! will provide unforgettable live musical experiences to enlighten and inspire kids and grown-ups alike. From team-building workshops to S.T.E.A.M.-based assembly programs, our goal is to awaken creative expression and foster collaboration.
And in the spirit of collaboration, we hope to partner with individuals and organizations who care about creative enrichment. By working together, we can use music to bring coping, hoping, and recovery skills to underserved communities around the country.
